Phoenix FC Soccer Programs

Our soccer program's main focus is building "Confidence".  We strongly believe that all youth soccer players need positive reinforcement. These young minds need to be told when things are going right. Our experience has taught us that many errors will occur often, and we see these moments as coaching points. We also believe if a player is struggling on the field, we as leaders must work on a different approach to help guide the player to find another path to the solution.  We may be passionate at training, and at the games, but that is necessary to help motivate the players to strive for excellence. Last, we will always talk to our players and not at them.
